This private practice will be a Medicare Part B non-participating provider and is an out-of-network provider for all other health insurance plans.
Currently I am unable to see patients insured through Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid. The credentialing application is pending for Owenby Physical Therapy to be registered as a non-participating provider. Until the application is fully processed I will be unable to see patients insured by these plans. Application processing times take around 45-90 days to process.
